They say that most great things are built or done out of necessity. When someone comes along and sees a need and then takes the action to provide a solution to that problem. Goldsmith Industries was born out of a necessity and the dream to turn it into reality. The vision was a one stop Equipment and Construction rental/supply solution for everyone. (From the largest General Contractor to your average homeowner and weekend warrior. This missing space was seen and experienced by our founder.... Goldsmith Industries was born!

Of course, having the vision is just the beginning and the start. This is the point where many great ideas don't go anywhere. Action and clear and concise planning and understanding of who you want to be as an organization. Fortunately for us, it's even in our mission statement- who and what type of organization we would become- was from listening and hearing YOU, the customer! Understanding where the gaps are is essential in business planning. It truly paints the picture for who you're going to be, and the action items and sacrifices it takes to achieve those goals. We pride ourselves on working and doing whatever is necessary to ensure the highest customer satisfaction in the market. Much of this has been driven by stepping back and seeing it from YOU, the customer's standpoint. VOC (voice of the customer) was our #1 objective on our initial Mission Statement- it has not moved; it's only strengthened and proved the power of something that so often is overlooked.
